Forma
Danièle CONSO – 2021
This is the second volume of a semantic and etymological study of Latin forma. It is an important term in the lexicon of this language, on which there was only partial work, limited to an author or a field of vocabulary. It was therefore interesting to undertake an in-depth study, using the methods of modern semantics, in particular semic analysis, which makes it possible to recognize the organization of the meanings of a polysemous lexeme. This semantic exploration leads once again to the problem of etymology (discussed) of forma and, perhaps, to renew it.
