Summary

The conference was organized over two days and took place on 7th and 8th October 2023 in Besançon. It was an opportunity for young doctoral students and established researchers specializing in the history and archaeology of the Adriatic to exchange their knowledge and research approaches. Adopting an interdisciplinary approach, the conference participants engaged in discussions on the many challenges posed by the historical complexity of the Adriatic region.
