Scènes queer contemporaines

Questioning the articulation between sex, gender and sexuality, criticizing the processes of normalization and exclusion, the queer has by excellence a part related to the stage. Through studies of the French, Spanish and Latin American scenes, interviews with artists such as Steven Cohen, and a Manifesto for a lesbianization of the theater (Mag De Santo), the central dossier offers a rich journey of renewed contemporary stage forms. The Carnet de la création mediatizes the birth of Denis Guénoun's Aux corps prochains and opens up to the dramaturgy of Zeca Ligiero. The interviews in the Cahier des spectacles look back on the publication of Dumas's dramatic works and on Les Idoles of Christophe Honoré.
